  I purchased two Koga bikes, online from Fiets , with the help of Bertrand . The entire process from purchase to arrival was swift and simply outstanding . I was not expecting the bikes to be as beautiful and well made as they are. Now I understand why people value Dutch bikes so highly . They have a simple purpose, which is to sell used bikes sustainably . Bertrand and his wife are doing the planet and us all, a great service and I shall be recommending their shop to everyone .

  We are really very satisfied with the services offered by Fiets, in particular the rental of hiking bikes all equipped with complete camping equipment. We thus completed a beautiful bike ride on the Vélodyssée from Ile d'Olonne to Oléron, via Ile d'Elle. We appreciated the very practical and complete camping equipment, both when traveling and when staying in Oléron. The bikes were comfortable and easy to handle for everyone (two adults and two teenagers). And above all, we really appreciated the advice and kindness of Bertrand and his wife. Bertrand came to pick us up by car at Olonne sur mer station at 8:30 p.m. (we were arriving from the Alps) to take us back to his store and allow us to collect the bikes, load them and reach our first campsite! Likewise on our return to L'Ile d'Olonne, after emptying the bags into our bags, he took us by car to the Sables d'Olonne station. What comfort in the organization of our journey to be able to rely on your experience and the shuttle offered to the station! A big thank you to Bertrand and his wife! We obviously recommend Fiets to anyone who wants to make the most of their bike ride with maximum comfort and complete confidence!

  The welcome is very pleasant and the advice is just as pleasant. Fiets is a place with a passion for cycling above all and there is only quality there: from bikes to accessories. Although he doesn't normally do road bike restorations, Bertrand was able to welcome me and made my pile of scrap metal a marvel. Having seen him and accompanied him during the process, I can only agree with the opinions speaking of his attention to detail and his skills. A real pleasure, I would definitely come back as soon as possible! Attached are the photos of when I received the bike and the result following the visit to the workshop.
