Hello It's not possible to reply to reviews; it's complicated. In any case… I would say it's quite surprising to begin your response by having to justify why our review was posted two years after the jump, rather than addressing the issue and apologizing for the treatment we received that day. To answer your "question," which isn't really a question, well… perhaps I didn't have an account to leave a review before? Perhaps it took me time to recover from that day, which should have been wonderful, not a terrible memory that, two years later, still makes me regret having booked my jump with your services? You know, we call that trauma… Anyway… addressing the issue and apologizing doesn't seem to be your priority in your response… You're informing us that you won't be using this gentleman's services again, very well… why? Were there other problems like this? However… the blame never rests on just one person; that's too easy… That day on the landing strip: lots of other instructors, the whole team was there… nobody came to help me… nobody! I had paid for the filmed jump… I'd be curious to see the footage before you edit it! Since we were in the air, when he started turning to descend faster, I asked him if it was necessary because I wasn't feeling well. And he said yes, it was to descend faster. I told him I wasn't feeling well, that I wasn't okay. Not a single reassuring word. No one listening. And when I landed, I got yelled at because I had vomited… He never asked me how I was and went to see the other instructors, saying to one of them, "Damn, she threw up," and left me there on the ground feeling unwell… wow… what kind of kindness, respect, and empathy… It's too easy to blame one person… There were dozens of people there, and not one! He told everyone (I felt so ashamed) and nobody came! Not one! Not one came to see me or help me! I had to manage on my own with my friends to find a water source, freshen up, collect myself, and clean my things… what kind of treatment is that?! It's neither professional nor even humane… Everyone was shocked! I have dozens of witnesses… The text of your writing is beautiful, full of promise and lovely words, but that day I felt and experienced none of them… A word to the wise… Have a good evening

Hello, I just saw your response to my review and can't reply to it. I confirm that the following review does indeed concern a jump that took place at your facility (I deliberately didn't include the exact date of my jump... perhaps also because I'm trying to forget this moment, which should have been exceptional but was one of the most difficult, as I felt so awful and abandoned). There was absolutely no compassion or follow-up from your instructor or any member of the team! Several of us friends and our companions were jumping, and everyone witnessed and was outraged by the lack of support and, even worse, the lack of kindness and humanity! ——— I'm reposting my review ——— The review: A very mixed review indeed… Yes, the location and the experience are incredible… but… the support is more than mediocre! I went there to take on a challenge and conquer my fears. I suffer from vertigo, motion sickness, and other ailments. I went, and everything went well! The jump itself was great! Then came the descent, which is supposed to be the most enjoyable part—a nightmare. The instructor started spinning us around in the air. I felt terrible. I asked him to stop because I wasn't feeling well. He told me it was impossible, that it accelerated the descent, and that they had a timing to maintain. It was like a factory that didn't take into account the needs of those who had saved for years to afford it… as a result, I got sick. The instructor completely abandoned me during landing, grumbling. And I found myself alone on the tarmac, pale, with trembling legs. Luckily, other jumpers came to help me. Is that normal? I never saw the instructor again, and no one from the team came to check on me. I don't recommend their human touch towards those who are having difficulties. For jumping and having fun, no problem… But if you need guidance and support, forget it… I have bad memories of it because I felt completely invisible and was left all alone in my distress.
