Medhi, our baker, works with brioche around creative sweet and savory recipes, in all its forms, and for all times of the day:

• For breakfast, you can sit down and enjoy a fried egg with brioche bread soldiers, or take a brioche and a coffee away!
• At lunchtime, a lunch menu is offered with 3 snack options based on brioche bread (including one vegetarian), as well as a brunch menu for those with a sweet tooth.
• For snacks, you can find several sweet brioches in the window, some classics of course, but also creative recipes, filled, rolled, etc.
• Before the aperitif, it is always possible to come and get a delicious brioche préfou or some savory babkas!

Julie prepares them with great care, don't hesitate to ask her for advice, she will be able to direct you to this or that drink according to your tastes.
