  What a great discovery!!!!! Homemade whipped cream, homemade chocolate, etc., friendly staff, the shop is incredible for finding lots of little gifts for gourmets. So I went back with my son who loved it! And I would go back! And above all I recommend!!!!

  Culinary art can be enjoyed at Les Herbiers, "la Fabrik Du Dessert" More than a simple taste bud agitator, the flavours, the aromas associated with the play of textures make the pastries sublime in the mouth. The delicacy of the desserts offered combined with exemplary customer service showed us how this sublime pastry could "dethrone" certain pastry chefs from Herbret. In short, without entering a competition for the Best Pastry Chef where sometimes over-marketing deceives us in the art of taste, La Fabrik Du Dessert has completely blown away our family taste buds!!!! Goodbye …

  A beautiful cake with a real thickness of biscuit and an excellent crunchy white chocolate and a light and very creamy mousse (we are far from gelatin mousses that are too firm and without texture) which makes the difference. Nice strawberry rhubarb flavors. Only downside is it's too sweet. Too bad because everything else is excellent.
