  Great receptionist. Great location, great breakfast. The air conditioning works. The place is quiet. There are games for the kids.

  ++: Well-located for accessing local attractions, very pleasant, quiet setting, welcoming and helpful staff, nicely decorated, generous breakfast, parking and restaurant available on-site! - -: Uncomfortable bedding (too small and too soft on the upper part), poorly placed smoke detector (triggering the alarm at 3 a.m.), disappointing restaurant (poor value for money because the menu price doesn't justify the quality or quantity of the dishes, with service that's not yet up to scratch: 2 hours at the table for 2 starters and 2 main courses; we had to cancel both desserts), very generous breakfast on the sweet side but lacking a bit of savory options. In conclusion, not bad at all, and there's definitely room for improvement ;)
