GUEST HOUSE WITH JACUZZI IN VENDÉE
Ideally located on the axis between Luçon and La Roche sur Yon, our guest house will allow you to take full advantage of the Vendée, between the coast and the Vendée bocage.
We welcome you in our old farm located on a property of 4000m ² entirely closed.
A parking lot will be at your disposal, as well as a shelter for your motorcycles.
Our swimming pool open from May to September, our jacuzzi and our wooded area near the pond will bring you well-being, serenity and relaxation.
Our 3 spacious and pleasant guest rooms will welcome you all year long for a family stay or for your business.
A living room and a dining room will be at your disposal, a WIFI access available as well as leaflets and books to guide you in your days of discovery.

Spacious room (40 m²) with a warm and country style, with an independent entrance opening on the terrace and the Jacuzzi.
Composed of a bed of 160/200 and two beds of 90/190 that can be adapted into 1 bed of 180/190, this room welcomes 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.
Its space dedicated to your intimate well being (20m²) is private, with double washbasin, a corner bathtub with shower and separate toilet, all adjoining the bathroom.- Bed linen and toiletries provided

- Hair dryer
- Coffee and tea making facilities.
THE ANDRÉANE ROOM
This room offers you a living space of 30 m².
With its harmonies in spring colors, it is located in an annex of our house on the floor.
Composed of a bed of 160/200 and a bed of 80/190, arranged in living room allows to welcome a couple with his child.
For the sanitary space we have installed a multi-jet shower.- Bed linen and towels provided
- Free baby kit available (cot, high chair, toilet adapter)
- Hair dryer
- Coffee and tea making facilities.
THE MARINA ROOM
This room is located on the ground floor, overlooking the back of our garden.
Its natural wood tones give it a warmth to the sea spray.
Modular by its twin beds (2 x 90/190) or (1x 180/190), the Marina room allows you to sleep separately on request.
Its capacity of reception is of two people.
Equipped with a private bathroom with its shower Multi-jets and its separate toilets.- Bed linen and toiletries provided
