Take a break to admire the magnificent 19th century Italian castle that stands in the heart of a vast green and wooded park of 25 hectares. This architectural gem nestled in the countryside of Bournezeau, 15 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, is a true haven of peace that invites you to recharge your batteries. Push open the door of the outbuildings to discover the carefully decorated cozy nests:

      • 2 Asian and Colonial rooms with a warm atmosphere
      • 2 elegant and refined Bronze and Gold suites
      • 3 gîtes: Countryside, Ethnic and Brittany, soft and comfortable refuges

Accessible for 1 to 6 people, these are real cocoons full of serenity. Continue your wellness escape with a tasty breakfast served in the stables bar or facing the castle and its 17th century chapel. Stroll in the park, play tennis, swim in the pool, relax in the jacuzzi or carp fishing in the ponds, the day promises to be delicious in Vendée. Organize your private reception in a privileged setting, the Domaine de la Corbe is an exceptional place to receive your guests.

The little extra: An area located 15 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, ideal for meeting up with colleagues for a seminar or a professional meeting.

✨ A magnificent setting, but management that leaves something to be desired. We celebrated our wedding at Domaine de la Corbe, attracted by the beauty of the place: the grounds are truly splendid, very well-maintained and full of trees. The exterior offers an idyllic setting for an outdoor wedding. ❌ Unfortunately, several points significantly clouded our experience: 👉 A kitchen unsuitable for service providers The kitchens are not at all practical for caterers or servers: the sink is on the opposite side of the hall, and at our wedding, it didn't even work. The servers had to wash everything by hand, without this seeming to bother the manager, who even refused to compensate us for the extra time the service providers had to spend—an expense we had to bear. 👉 Rooms that deserve proper maintenance The rooms have plumbing and mechanical ventilation issues, batteries in the remote controls have been removed, and stains on the wallpaper... For a venue that claims to be upscale, this is truly regrettable. 👉 Poorly managed outdoor areas at night Starting at 4 a.m., all the exterior lights automatically turn off. After the manager closed the Orangeraie, we literally found ourselves in the dark, with the unpleasant feeling of being kicked out. 👉 Lack of ceremony equipment No benches were available for our secular ceremony: we would have had to move the chairs from the reception hall, which is logistically unrealistic. We had to rent additional benches. 👉 A "closed" pool the next day The next day, we had to insist that the pool be opened. The manager didn't understand our request, believing the weather wasn't suitable—yet, for us and our guests, it was important. 👉 Deplorable management and attitude During our first visit, the manager was pleasant. But as soon as we took possession of the premises, his behavior changed: sarcasm, lack of professionalism, and little consideration for a bride and groom who were supposed to be experiencing one of the most beautiful days of their lives. ♿️ Access for people with reduced mobility is almost nonexistent! 🌟 In summary A venue with exceptional potential, but to date, the quality of the welcome and the manager's lack of professionalism have not lived up to the setting. If you choose this venue, have plenty of backup plans and surround yourself with service providers ready to compensate for these shortcomings.

We celebrated our wedding at Domaine de la Corbe this month. A magnificent, peaceful place where we experienced an unforgettable weekend. The strong points: - lots of space: orangery, room, courtyard, courtyard, English garden, swimming pool,...all as beautiful as each other. - quality rooms available to guests - professional service from those responsible for the area I recommend +++ this place
