Since 2016, our Les Viviers de Sion establishment in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez has been enriched with oyster beds located in La Guittière to the south of Les Sables d'Olonne; we offer oysters of caliber N°3, N°2 and uncalibrated. These are oysters from the open sea and refined in our ponds. These parks allow us to satisfy our fishpond customers in quality and quantity all year round. Les Viviers de Sion celebrated their 100th anniversary! Among the Mercerons, the love of seafood has been passed down for 4 generations. Daily arrivals of crustaceans and shellfish from Vendée ports. Freshness, advice, choice, smile! Featured products: Saint-Gilles pink shrimp, lobster (European, whole or with a single claw), crab, lobster, spider crab, Madagascar shrimp, Bouin clams, mussels, whelks, periwinkles… and oysters from our clears. Here we favor local fishing. Possibility of cooking your shellfish on request.
