This elegantly decorated brasserie combines the old and the modern, illustrated by a vegetated ceiling, gives a warm atmosphere of a Parisian brasserie. It has become in a few months an essential address. A success led by Paul Joubert, a passionate and epicurean young restaurateur, whose desire is to offer you to experience gourmet and very happy moments for his first creation. The brasserie LE BIEN HEUREUX was entirely homemade, from the plans to the completion of the work, including the interior decoration in the kitchen to the plate, nothing escaped it. To succeed in his adventure, Paul works closely with these local producers, he concocts a menu that varies according to seasonal products from local producers.

As Paul says so well: “Here, we like good products, local producers, flavors that change with the seasons”.

We like that they put in the spotlight as a starter, the Fromentine oysters delivered every morning or the bone marrow coming straight from the local butcher, or the famous fried smelt. In terms of meat, we love to savor the shank roasted in beer in three cooking stages or the fillet of beef cooked on a stone and the real artisanal country sausage. On the sea side, we offer market fish which varies according to the arrival of the auction. We also love the grilled sardines from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Note that our fries are homemade, like everything here, from potatoes from the North, resolutely the best for this exercise! And for dessert, who doesn't succumb to our famous brioche and its praline whipped cream?
