Whether it's a large gathering or a small meeting, anything is possible with Util'85, which offers two attractive workspaces with nearly identical amenities. Each independent room is equipped with a flip chart, a whiteboard, and Wi-Fi, with facilities for drinks, tea, and coffee. Bright and comfortable, they differ in size:
- The green room is 110m2 and can accommodate 40 people in meeting mode and 75 people in theatre mode. It is also equipped with a video projector.
- The 55m2 blue room only offers meeting configuration with a capacity of 24 people.
