The Market Halls of La Roche-sur-Yon
Located in the historic heart of the town of La Roche-sur-Yon, the Marché des Halles is a local shopping center with contemporary architecture. A two-minute walk from the unusual and fun machines of Place Napoléon, this covered market brings together a large number of traders and producers (around 40) to allow you to do your shopping in a friendly and efficient way! Fresh produce, local crafts, these are all the flavors of Vendée, from land to sea, which can be found on the stalls of producers, artisans and traders. Fresh quality products, which follow the seasons and your desires.
During or after your shopping, stop by the bar to refresh yourself, have a COFFEE and even EAT on site in the CONVIVIALITÉ area with all the good PRODUCTS of the MARKET (olives, tapenade, tasting of Vendée oysters, sausages, aperitif cheeses, shrimps...). A real little Yonnais BRUNCH ! All year round, events such as concerts or cooking workshops with chefs take place in the market. A dynamic mobilization to bring this place to life and make it a pleasant space.
Every Thursday, and especially on Saturday, you can also find the beautiful open-air market, which expands the range of products already available inside the market halls. From crepes and pancakes to flowers and clothing, you'll be spoiled for choice!
