- In the heart of the national forest, approximately 700 meters from the Plage des Conches via the pine forest, the Résidence Goélia Le Domaine des Oyats is a dream place to stay in peace, surrounded by nature, halfway to Tranche-sur- Sea (7 km) and Longeville-sur-Mer (6 km).
  
  The residence is made up of single-storey or duplex semi-detached houses, some of which have the possibility of benefiting, for an additional fee, from an individual heated swimming pool (open from 04/06 to 09/21/24).
  
  They all have a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave grill, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster), wooden shutters, and a wooden terrace with garden furniture. and parasol.
  
  The terraces are separated from each other by screens. Some accommodations have a connecting door with the adjoining house (practical for large families). TV included.
  
  On site, you can enjoy the heated shared outdoor swimming pool with its children's pool (open from 04/08/23 to 09/23/23 depending on weather), a volleyball court, table tennis tables and A mountain bike rental service.

Rented out of season. I don't know how long the cleaning of the house was, it wasn't clean clean. Just a passable example: we found a moldy spoon. The exterior was also a little let go. We had to leave the premises at 10am. We called to ask if it was possible to extend a little since it's off season. The lady accepted without problem. We found it great to be able to enjoy our Sunday peacefully without being in a rush. Super nice on that side. I recommend without problem. And the price is really affordable.

Soothing residence under the pine forest and well maintained. We are 10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach under surveillance. Thank you for setting up a service allowing us to come and collect our bread and pastries ordered the day before at reception. The manager and her entire team are very friendly, listen to us, and strive to maintain calm in accordance with the regulations. Thank you also for cleaning the private swimming pool every morning. The technical service person is really pleasant with whom I was able to speak on several occasions. It’s an exotic place that I recommend.
