A family-friendly campsite, ideal for relaxation. The ponds are idyllic, the staff is very welcoming, and the maintenance team is very responsive. Don't bother looking for cell service; this is a place to disconnect! My young son loved the activities, especially the one with the animals. Excellent value for money, and as a bonus, a great concert during the off-season. Thank you for these wonderful moments, and best of luck to the whole team!

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars, but it deserves them… My family and I went to this campsite for a weekend and we received a warm welcome. The campsite and the mobile home are pleasant (fishing area, mini-farm, games…), but the safety standards aren't really respected. Regarding the mobile home, the campsite doesn't provide duvets or blankets. This surprises me, considering the many campsites I've stayed at. Although it was a bit dusty and we found bedbugs inside the mobile home, with a pillow having a brown stain on it, we also had some missing items (mop, pillows, trash cans), but the staff reacted quickly, which I don't fault. However, our weekend could have been more enjoyable if it hadn't been for the unpleasant experience with the campsite manager. In terms of customer relations (working in retail), I don't understand why she manages a campsite… Aside from telling us "we've been disrespectful since the beginning of our stay," speaking rudely to the children is disrespectful. At reception, we asked why they didn't provide duvets and blankets, and the response was, "It's because we're an exceptional campsite." We also asked about ordering pizzas, but here, there's one menu for lunch and another for dinner—go figure. On the last day of our stay, we had a power outage. We waited from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM before the power was restored. We called reception, and they told us, "We're on break; we'll come back at 2:00 PM." Following this, the campsite manager came directly with an electricity technician to tell us that the power had been restored. However, the manager's only reason for coming was to verbally attack us, saying, "Since the beginning of your stay, I've received negative feedback about you, especially you women." She also addressed us informally. We told her we wouldn't be returning, to which she replied, "Very well, don't come back." This is not a pleasant way to treat guests. We will therefore not be returning.
