In the kitchen, the Caillebotte team unleashes its creativity every day, depending on the seasons and the market. This results in plates fried according to the whims of the moment and the Chef.

The boss is Sylvain Bourmaud, Chef Eurotoques, but above all a free, uninhibited and daring Chef, interspersing his remarks with jokes, anecdotes and whistling in his kitchen. A child of the Vendée, Sylvain challenges his young team on a daily basis to pay a contemporary homage to this market garden culture from which he comes.

Every day, he establishes fresh and duly selected Vendée products on the market or directly from producers as a true totem of eating well. Totem before which Quentin, the pastry chef, bows down with the same enthusiasm, even when the challenge is great to make a dessert that will surprise the most adventurous among you.

Quentin fuels the sweet fire with sweetened treats. A tireless worker, who draws on his experiences in restaurants all over the planet, he strives to give the last touch of your meal a taste of return.

As if “intoxicating” your taste buds with surprising and refined flavors was not enough, Le Chef trains, all year round, a battalion of aspiring chefs. This year, Olivia and Elyes are doing their classes in the heat, in the cold (and even in the dishwasher, like everyone else!).

Behind the scenes, on certain evenings, Ninon is also busy, a real Swiss army knife providing valuable assistance, most often in the kitchen, alongside the Chef.

In the theater, it's a different spectacle.

That of Marc, leader of the server gang. Nothing escapes him. He has an eye on everything. Big Brother.

In his expert footsteps, walk Jules, young apprentice in room service , and Delphine , marketing and communications manager of the House and waitress , in her (not) spare time a few evenings here and there.

The trio sends off with a smile and great pride the squadrons of bombinettes directly imported from the kitchen and corkscrew on sight the skittles of the committed and solar wine card.
