    • Since 2021, Nicolas, the head chef and sommelier, has been putting his 20 years' experience in the restaurant business at your service, with cooking classes that always focus on wine, pleasure and conviviality. 


      In a modern, spacious setting, they welcome you to their kitchen in the La Roche sur Yon cellar, to share their passion and knowledge. 

      After the cooking class, it's time to taste your food and wine in the company of your fellow guests.

      • Classes are divided into two parts: 2 hours of cooking lessons and 1 hour of meal tasting.

    Discoveries about wine pairings with cheeses, mistakes not to make...recognize a young wine, from the north or south of France...feel the oak barrel. etc., etc.. Very very interesting.
