I'm Abi, who's been passionate about baking for years! Yes, yes, seven years of discovering a world of gourmet delights. As a Pâtissière & Chocolatière, I've travelled all over France to learn as much as I could about French gastronomy. But also to taste a LOT of cakes, chocolates, regional products... (that's just between us!) And so I was able to confirm my desire to share my passion with sweet tooths like ME!
Cookies & me: a great love story! Childhood memories of those famous little cookies. What I love is that there's a COOKIE for everyone (dark, milk, white chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, spread, pistachio, almond... and the list goes on).
My dream is to create ultra-soft cookies (a cookie that breaks, is hard and overcooked? No thanks!), in many variations, so that everyone can find their favorite childhood snack. My aim is to make cookies using local produce, and to opt for quality over quantity.WHAT ARE MYCOOKIES?
Sugar, flour, eggs, butter, chocolate (lots of chocolate!), vanilla and that's it! A runny, melt-in-your-mouth heart with large chocolate chips and roasted dried fruit... gosh, I forgot the recipe... sorry...
