Open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. according to the website. On this Monday, March 25, 2024, 3 calls between 1:50 p.m. and 2:15 p.m., message saying that the call will be answered as soon as possible, 5 minutes of waiting for each of the 3 calls, no response. Lamentable!

ASHAMED!!! a reservation taken in 2 months for a week, the gîte looks perfect, we reserve... SERIOUS ERROR we pay a deposit (just to be sure of having the accommodation!) while we finalize our stay. .. we do not take cancellation insurance (usually book for last minute cancellations d-8 (in most reservation sites)) and having no additional information we pay the deposit. Today we have other plans with friends we want to change accommodation...cancellation possible but NO REFUND!!!! If we had taken out cancellation insurance, only PART would be refunded. Let's face it, in view of current events booking accommodation for the holidays is always problematic. But the pandemic does not exist in the Gîtes de France!!! SHAMEFUL for a system that claims to be of quality and respectful of customer satisfaction!!! the host 2 months from the stay would have plenty of time to rent new ones, especially over a period (late May-early June)!! Working in the tourism sector, I didn't think that this kind of easy money on the backs of customers was still possible...
