Local quality products, for a quick meal at a reasonable price (it's still more expensive than the big fast food outlets, but the quality shows). And the choice of the type of meat (especially the pulled pork which is really good) is very appreciable, moreover the alternation between the foodtruck making burgers and the other hotdog on certain days is nice to test and change.
